Use of Articles

Articles and other pieces contained within the Yale Journal on Regulation may be duplicated for classroom use, provided that:

  • Each copy must be distributed at or below cost.
  • Both the author and the Yale Journal on Regulation must be identified.
  • Proper notice of copyright (as above) must be affixed to each copy.
  • The Yale Journal on Regulation, Inc. must grant permission for each use.
